GHAROA is a registered Society under the Society Registration Act XXI of 1860 with the State of Assam. It came to the registered entity on 14th December 1994 and its Registration in 1907.
GHAROA is also registered under Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA) 1976 as amended in 2010, having its registration number 020280041 date 5th March 2004. Its registration was renewed on 05.08.2016 and is valid from 01.11.2016 for the next five years. Now the vallidity expended upto 30-sep-2023
It was registered under section 12A vide reference number F.No.1433/12A/CA/96-97/ dated 18.03.1997 under Income Tax Act 1961.
